Experience Harpswell Nature School in the summer. In addition to our school-year programming, children can attend our forest classroom during our summer day camp.

Camp runs daily during the month of July. Families can sign up for a single week, or attend multiple weeks as space allows. The rythmn of our days follow the same routine while our nature theme changes from week-to-week.

Our camp is best suited for children ages 4 to 6. Campers that have attended a preschool or childcare setting will be familiar with our simple routines like circle time, group story, art, snack, lunch and rest periods. We offer plenty of time for open-ended play on our structures and activities in the forest during camp.

We spend our days in the outdoor classroom nestled in the forest on our campus in Harpswell Center. Campers should be prepared to enjoy all the weather coastal Maine offers. Hats, sunscreen, multiple layers, rain coats or water boots.

Camp runs for 5 weeks Monday through Friday 9:00a-1:00p. June 29 through July 31, 2026.
