Harpswell Nature School, located in midcoast Maine has been operating for over two decades.

Our financial model incorporates many modes of fundraising that support a balanced budget with the goal of fair wages for our staff and the lowest possible tuition rates. To make our goals a reality, we fundraise with an annual outdoor event, Run By The Bay 5K, held at Mitchell field, accept unrestricted gifts to the Acorn Fund, our annual appeal, solicit gifts to support our Seaworthy Fund, for tuition assistance, and keep a current supplies wish list available for anyone to surprise us with an item of need delivered directly to our doorstep. Please contact the director to speak about making a gift to the Acorn or Seaworthy funds to sustain our programming and long-term health.
